1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("the player", "you") and Teen Patti Gold (teen-patti-gold.com) ("we", "us", "our"). They describe what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how disputes are handled.
The website teen-patti-gold.com and the Teen Patti Gold Android APK distributed from this website are operated independently. As stated on our About page, we are not affiliated with any third-party "Teen Patti Gold" branded apps on the Google Play Store or other channels. These Terms apply only to the version of the app distributed from teen-patti-gold.com.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use Teen Patti Gold you must:
- Be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly accept registrations from minors.
- Be a resident of Pakistan, or a Pakistani national accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where mobile card games are not restricted.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
- Provide accurate registration details, including a valid mobile number and date of birth.
We may verify your age and identity at registration or at the point of withdrawal. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be closed and any deposited balance returned to the original payment source after standard verification.
3. Account Registration & Security
You may register one (1) Teen Patti Gold account per person. Multiple accounts owned or operated by the same individual are a violation of these Terms and our fair-play policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Specifically:
- Do not share your password, OTP, or PIN with anyone, including people claiming to be Teen Patti Gold staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.
- Notify our customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- Use a strong, unique password and avoid using the same password on other gambling or payment-related sites.
We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of unauthorised access, credential sharing, or compromised credentials.
4. Acceptable Use & Fair Play
Teen Patti Gold is a real-cash card and casino-style platform. Player trust depends on every participant playing fairly. The following behaviours are prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance hold, or permanent closure depending on severity:
- Multi-accounting - using or controlling more than one account, including accounts registered to family members, friends, or third parties under your direction.
- Collusion - coordinating play, sharing card information, or splitting pots with another player at the same table or tournament.
- Bot or automated play - using scripts, emulators, or any third-party software that interacts with the game without manual input.
- Bonus abuse - registering accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting promotional bugs, or attempting to manipulate referral rewards through fake registrations.
- Chargeback abuse - filing false chargeback claims with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank after legitimate gameplay.
- Reverse engineering - attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Teen Patti Gold APK.
Our fair-play system uses device fingerprinting, behavioural analysis, and server-side audit logs to detect violations. Decisions about fair-play violations are made by the Teen Patti Gold security team based on the available evidence.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
Teen Patti Gold processes payments through Pakistan's two leading mobile-money networks:
- Easypaisa - operated by Telenor Microfinance Bank Ltd.
- JazzCash - operated by Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Payment terms:
- Deposits are credited to your account after the payment partner confirms the transaction. The minimum deposit, maximum deposit per transaction, and daily deposit limits are listed inside the app.
- Withdrawals require account verification (registered mobile number must match the destination Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet). Verified withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day during normal operating hours in Pakistan.
- Play-through requirement - balances credited from a welcome bonus, daily mission, or referral reward are subject to a play-through requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The exact play-through multiple is described in the in-app reward rules and is updated when promotions change.
- No withdrawal fee from us - we do not charge a withdrawal fee on top of the standard Easypaisa or JazzCash network fee. The network fee, if any, is deducted by the payment partner at the time of transfer.
- Currency - all balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Withdrawal requests that fail anti-fraud checks may be paused for manual review. We may request additional identity documentation in line with anti-money-laundering practices and our payment partners' requirements.
6. Game Rules & Outcome Determination
The game logic, card distribution, and outcome determination on Teen Patti Gold use server-side random-number generation. The game results displayed in the app reflect the server-side outcome and are final.
Real-cash card and casino-style games involve risk. Outcomes cannot be predicted in advance. Past results do not influence future hands. We do not promise guaranteed wins or any specific return-to-player figure for individual players.
If a network interruption, software bug, or server fault affects the result of a hand, our support team will review the relevant audit log and either re-run the hand, refund the stake, or apply a balance correction as appropriate. Disputes about a specific hand should be reported within 7 days of the hand timestamp.
7. Bonuses, Promotions & Referral Programme
Teen Patti Gold runs a welcome bonus, daily missions, and a referral programme. The reward amount, eligibility window, and play-through requirements for each promotion are described in the in-app reward rules and on the APK download page.
General promotion rules:
- Promotions are available to verified accounts only. Multi-account or fake-referral activity disqualifies all related accounts.
- Welcome bonuses are available once per person, not once per device or once per Easypaisa / JazzCash wallet.
- Referral rewards require the referred player to make a qualifying first deposit and complete a minimum amount of real-cash play before the reward is credited to the referring account.
- We may amend, pause, or end any promotion at our discretion. Existing balances earned under previous rules remain valid.
8. Account Closure & Self-Exclusion
You may close your Teen Patti Gold account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet after standard withdrawal checks.
If you feel your real-cash play is no longer entertainment, we encourage you to take a break. Our support team can:
- Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account.
- Apply a self-exclusion period (7 days, 30 days, or permanent) during which you cannot log in or deposit.
- Remove a deposit limit on request after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Teen Patti Gold is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the platform stable and the payment flow reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Network outages, mobile-money network downtime, Android device incompatibilities, or third-party service failures may interrupt play.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Teen Patti Gold and its operators are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including lost profits, lost time, or emotional distress).
- Losses caused by network downtime outside our control (mobile network, ISP, Easypaisa or JazzCash service interruption).
- Losses caused by player negligence, including credential sharing, lost devices, or installing the app from an unofficial source.
- Losses arising from the use of any third-party "Teen Patti Gold" branded app that is not the version distributed from teen-patti-gold.com.
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to your account is limited to the verified balance in your account at the time the claim arises.
11. Pakistan Compliance & Governing Law
Teen Patti Gold operates with awareness of Pakistani law. Our content, marketing, and account-handling practices follow the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 in respect of accuracy, non-deception, and the protection of minors. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Players in jurisdictions where real-cash card or casino-style games are restricted should consult their local rules before playing. Use of the platform from a restricted jurisdiction is at the player's discretion and responsibility.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, in payment-partner rules, in Pakistani law, or in our operational practices. When we update the Terms, we will:

- If senior review does not resolve the dispute, the matter may be referred to the courts of Karachi as described in Section 11.
